Paper Plate Birds

Materials Needed: paper plates, pipe cleaners, tissue paper, Kwik Stix, feathers, construction paper, googly eyes, scissors, and glue

  1. Cut a paper plate into the shape of a birds body
  2. Paint with Kwik Stix
  3. Cut out a wing shape with a paper plate
  4. Paint with Kwik Stix
  5. Cut squares of tissue paper and glue onto the birds body and wing
  6. Glue two pipe cleaners onto the birds body
  7. Glue a feather onto the birds body
  8. Glue a googly eye and beak onto the birds body
  9. Repeat to create more than one bird!
