Paper Plate Christmas Wreath

Materials Needed: paper plate, Kwik Stix, construction paper, glue, scissors, stapler, and red ribbon

  1. Cut the center of the paper plate out
  2. Paint the outer circle of the paper plate with Kwik Stix
  3. Rip up green and red paper into small pieces
  4. Glue onto the outer part of the paper plate
  5. Be sure to overlap the paper
  6. Staple on a piece of red ribbon and loop around so the decorative wreath can be hung

Christmas Sweaters

Materials Needed: cardboard, Metalix Kwik Stix, clear glue, hole puncher, pipe cleaners, scissor, and any loose components such as pom poms, buttons, gems, etc.

  1. Cut your cardboard into sweaters
  2. Use Kwik Stix to paint the outline of the sweater
  3. Glue on all loose components
  4. Decorate however you'd like with gems, buttons, and more
  5. Use a hole puncher to poke a hole in the top of the sweater
  6. Stick your pipe cleaner through the sweater to hang on your tree!

Tree Ornaments

Materials Needed: wooden ornaments, and Kwik Stix Paint

  1. Lay out your wooden ornaments
  2. Paint with Kwik Stix
  3. Be creative! 
  4. Wait just 90 seconds for your ornaments to dry and place on your Christmas tree

Hungry Santa

Materials Needed: cardboard box, Kwik Stix, and scissors

  1. Draw Santa onto a small cardboard box
  2. Cut out a hole for Santa's mouth
  3. Fill a bin with Christmas treasures
  4. Cut cardboard circles and decorate to resemble cookies
  5. Place in bin
  6. Sort out the cookies and feed Santa!

Candy Cane Patterns

Materials Needed: large white paper or poster board, Kwik Stix, and marker

  1. Draw big candy canes with a marker onto your paper
  2. Create candy cane patterns with Kwik Stix
  3. You may also use stickers, gems, buttons, etc.

Festive Trees and Candy Canes

Materials Needed: paper plates, popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners, scissors, glue, Kwik Stix, buttons, gems, pom poms, and red and white beads

  1. Cut your paper plates into triangles; you will need 3 triangles for each tree
  2. Paint each triangle with Kwik Stix
  3. Glue each triangle together overlapping each with the point upwards
  4. Glue a popsicle stick on the bottom of the tree for a stem
  5. Add on any decorations you would like to decorate the tree
  6. To create candy canes, string white and red beads onto a pipe cleaner
  7. Bend the pipe cleaner in the shape of a candy cane

Gingerbread Houses

Materials Needed: Wonder Stix, popsicle sticks, glue, construction paper, holiday stickers

  1. Use 6 popsicle sticks to create each gingerbread house
  2. Glue together a square with the popsicle sticks
  3. Glue together two more to create a triangle at the top of the square
  4. Cut out a triangle and a square out of your construction paper
  5. Glue to the back of the popsicle sticks
  6. Color your gingerbread houses with Wonder Stix
  7. Decorate with holiday themed stickers!

Materials Needed: Elf on the shelf, Wonder Stix, glass or window

  1. Use Wonder Stix to leave messages from your elf on the shelf!

Giant Christmas Tree

Materials Needed: large white paper or poster board, Kwik Stix, any extra decoration objects

  1. Draw and paint a giant Christmas tree onto a large piece of paper
  2. Allow the paint to dry for just 90 seconds
  3. Add on any extra decoration components to make your tree more festive!

Draw, Rip, Write Snowflakes

Materials Needed: construction paper, Magic Stix, white paper, and glue

  1. Draw a snowflake onto your construction paper using Magic Stix
  2. Rip little pieces of white paper
  3. Crumple each small piece of white paper
  4. Glue each one onto the outline of the snowflake
  5. Write what your snowflake looks like... What color is your snowflake? Is it pretty?
