Materials Needed: white paper plate, green tissue paper, glue, Kwik Stix, and stickers
- Cut the paper plate in half
- Rip small pieces from the green tissue paper
- Glue the pieces of tissue paper onto the outer arch of the paper plate
- Paint the rest of the paper plate with a red Kwik Stix
- Add black seeds and any stickers to enhance your watermelon craft!

Materials Needed: paper plates, plastic fork, napkin, Kwik Stix, scissors, and paper
- Cut a paper plate in half
- Paint the half paper plate to look like a watermelon
- Add lots of pink, red, and green
- Paint a piece of paper with a pattern to resemble a picnic table or table cloth
- Place your plain paper plate on your placemat along with your napkin and plastic fork
- Place your watermelon onto your paper plate and enjoy!

- Start by painting a paper plate to look like a full watermelon
- Paint the outside green and the inside pink or red
- Color black dots for the seeds using Kwik Stix
- Cut the paper plate into slices
- Use a round tray for the sprinkles and rice
- Decorate the outside of the tray with green Play Dough

- Trace/Draw a Circle onto cardboard
- Cut circle in half
- On larger half add slits on top & bottom to add string after painted/color
- Make smaller half red, larger green using Kwik Stix
- Optional fine motor fun- add green string
- Glue the red half onto green
- Add seeds - you can use dried black beans as ours (real seeds, beads, pom poms, or drawing works too)
